Export Service

We stay close to the regulation change imposed on wine imported to China and to assist wineries to understand, Chinese regulatory environment, duties, and taxes policy.

China imposes particular law and regulation on back label of imported wine to meet its standard. We can design wine back labels artistically present brand as well as comply with China’s General Administration Customs (GAC) requirements with accurate information.

(Notes: back label is important to avoid Customs clearance delay and avoid “professional fraud-seek buyer” aiming to find misleading info as sake of financial compensation from winery and/or traders.)

In China, we encourage our customers to consider IP protection prior to export.

We can:
1. Preliminarily search in Chinese Trade Mark data system;
2. Evaluate optimal solution of TM registration If winery’s trade mark is eligible for IP protection;
3. Prepare document to apply for TM in Chinese Trademark Registration Office.

Assist export documentation meeting requirement of Chinese law and regulations to secure efficient customs clearance.

Kevin graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law, China, which trained him logical, rational and detailed. Before he co-founded the company, he worked in telecommunications industry.

Kevin is passionate about wines and he has excellent “wine nose”. When we asked Kevin, if he were given the chance again to choose his career after graduation, what is his heart for? He always answers without hesitation, wine!
