Happs is our most favorable brand and Mr. Erl Happ, the owner of Happs is our respectable and close friend.
TWM forge a strategy and work closely with Happs function as its China team to brand the uniqueness as the outstanding characteristic of Happs brand spirit.
We setup Happs china website, synchronize marketing message in Australia and China, customized a special event focusing on branding Happs sweet wines and we assisted on Happs Tmall presentation (from year 2016-2018), customer relationships and after sales service.
It is worth mention that we efficiently completed customs clearance of Happs wine stocked in bonded wares house just one day prior to China officially impose punitive tariffs on Australia wines in 2020 because we watch closely on the bilateral trade policies and familiar with customs affairs. It helped Happs wines sustainable supply to its Chinese customers till heavy tariffs removed four years later. And Happs is in the first batch of wester Australian wineries re-launching export to China.

The choice of venue is after careful thoughts. Owner of Mr. Huang Pastries is a craftsman, devoting himself in productions. Two brands spirit can echo each other. Furthermore, Mr. Huang has his well-developed clientele willing to paying premium price on food and beverage.

All is about time. We knew Helen&Joey Estate when they had plan and ambition to enter into Chinese market. Helen and Joey are a wonderful couple we admire. They are serious about their wines and reputation. They could decide not to harvest a grape in a terrible vintage to ensure all Helen and Joey wines are high quality. TWM is pround that we are the first strategic business partner Helen and Joey chose to work in China.
We were honored to visit beautiful Helen & Joey Estate, joined the harvest celebration, attended trade exhibition to meet visitors, and together with Helen to see key account customers in China. These amazing experiences built our in-depth understanding, confidence and faith on the brand.
We tailor made events for Helen & Joey and we successfully generate sales leads in luxury hotels e.g. Shanghai-La Hotel Shanghai, Hyatt Hotel Chongqing. The achievement to certain level contributes Helen & Joey develop its export and distribution in China.

Co-branding strategy: improve brand image, access to clientele
At that time when Helen & Joey Estate just launch export to China, TWM designed and executed the launching event for Helen & Joey Estate in Chongqing. We consider cross-industry, co-branding strategy for the new brand to Chinese customers.
We co-branded BOSE, the well-known audio system brand and Sunac, the luxury real estate developer. And we decided to use the lunge house of Sunac Chongqing Villa project for Helen & Joey Estate’s brand launching wine dinner.
Vina Ventisquero

Vina Vertisquero is a leading winery originating from Chile and it has stable importer in China, managing distribution. TWM pour strength on branding, especially in western of China. We observe that Vertisquero wine are popular in contour fine dining in western countries, and target influence to high scale fine dining restaurants in southwest of China and develop clientele of wine collectors.

Vertisquero aims to emphasize its positioning of premium wines with aging ability and strengthen its influence to worldwide top fine dining restaurants. We then choose President Suite of Hyatt Chongqing for the high-profile event to host 40 guests.
We customize every element for wine vintage choice, menu decision, table design and music to throw a surprise to the brand and its guest. We invited a talented south-American musician to compose Basso Nova, using different music to reflect feature of particular vintage and impressing guests with culture behind wine bottles.
